  • Definitely! Many of our guests join solo, and it’s a fantastic way to meet new friends from around the world. You can choose to share a room with another solo traveler or upgrade to your own private room.

  • Yes! We offer trips for a variety of ages and fitness levels. If you're unsure, just reach out—we’ll help you pick the perfect one.

  • Each tour includes accommodation, transportation during the trip, select meals, entry fees to included attractions, and the services of a professional guide. Exact details vary by tour.

  • If your group consists of 8 people or more, please reach out. We will be happy to assist you.

Booking & Availability

  • You can book directly on our website tours page or by contacting our travel team. We’re always here to help you through the process.

  • We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance to secure your spot and take advantage of early booking discounts.

  • If there’s space available, yes! It’s always worth checking with us.

  • Yes! A 50% deposit is usually all that’s needed to secure your place. The balance is due closer to your departure date.

Payments & Cancellations

  • We accept bank transfers. If you need help with payment options, just ask!

  • Yes, a deposit of 50% confirms your booking. The amount varies by tour and will be clearly listed.

  • Cancellations 30+ days before the tour get a full refund minus a small admin fee. Closer to the tour, partial refunds may apply. We'll work with you to be as flexible as possible.

  • In the rare event we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to rebook another trip at no extra cost.

Travel Documents & Requirements

  • A valid passport is required for international travel. You will require a visa to enter Pakistan. Please check the requirements here.

  • Yes! After booking, we’ll send you a detailed checklist of what’s needed and guide you through any paperwork.

  • We suggest you check your country's advisory on travelling to Pakistan.

  • In the rare event we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to rebook another trip at no extra cost.

Accommodation & Meals

  • We stay in 3–4 star hotels, boutique lodges, or handpicked guesthouses—always clean, comfortable, and well-located.

  • Yes! Solo travelers can request a private room for an additional fee. Just let us know during booking.

  • Tours include daily breakfast and some lunches or dinners. We happily accommodate dietary preferences—just give us a heads-up!

Itinerary & Activities

  • Occasionally, yes—due to weather or local events. We’ll always keep you informed and make sure the experience stays amazing.

  • Yes, our tours include some downtime or optional excursions so you can explore on your own or just relax.

  • It depends on the tour. We provide an activity level guide for each one. If you're unsure, we’re happy to advise.

  • Yes! Our friendly local guides lead both the tours. They speak English and some local languages.

Health & Safety

  • We follow all local guidelines and partner with providers who maintain high hygiene standards. We'll keep you updated before your trip.

  • It’s not included but highly recommended. We can point you to trusted providers if you need help.

  • Let your guide know right away—they’re trained to assist and will help you get medical care if needed.

Packing & Preparation

  • Once you book, we’ll send a personalized packing list. Generally: light layers, comfy shoes, and a sense of adventure!

  • If a tour requires anything specific—like hiking boots or swimwear—we’ll let you know in advance.

  • Yes, in most locations our team or accommodation staff can help with your bags.

Transportation

  • No, international flights are not included so you can book what works best for you.

  • We use comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles. Tours may include trains, boats, or short flights.

  • Airport transfers are not included in the tour price but if you require, we can help arrange it for you for an additional fee.

Communication & Support

  • Most accommodations have free Wi-Fi. In rural areas, it may be limited—but we’ll always let you know ahead of time. You can buy a local sim when you land and use that for mobile data.

  • You’ll receive a 24/7 emergency number before your trip. We’re always just a call or message away.

  • Yes! Before, during, and after your trip—we’re here whenever you need us.
