Booking & Availability

We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance to secure your spot and take advantage of early booking discounts.

Yes! A 50% deposit is usually all that’s needed to secure your place. The balance is due closer to your departure date.

Cancellations 30+ days before the tour get a full refund minus a small admin fee. Closer to the tour, partial refunds may apply. We'll work with you to be as flexible as possible.

Travel Documents & Requirements
