Cancellation & Refund Policy


At Tripzy, all confirmed bookings are governed by the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Advance Deposit
Upon confirmation of a booking, the deposit amount paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, except as stated under Force Majeure in point 4.

2. Cancellation 

  1. If the cancellation is made by the client 60 days or more prior to the travel date, the whole amount paid will be retained as a credit with Tripzy, with the following terms.

    • This credit may be carried forward for up to one (1) fiscal year from the original travel date.

    • The credit may only be adjusted against a future trip booked by the same company/client.

    • The credit is non-transferable and will automatically lapse if not utilized within the validity period.

  2. If the cancellation is made by the client between 30 - 60 days prior to the travel date, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded, not including the deposit. 

  3. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the travel date, no refund will be made. 

  4. In case of an unlikely event of a cancellation by Tripzy, a complete refund will be made, including the deposit. 

3. Rebooking & Price Adjustments

  • All rebookings are subject to availability and prevailing market rates at the time of the confirmation.

  • If the new trip cost exceeds the available credit, the difference must be paid by the client.

  • If the new trip cost is lower, any remaining balance will not be refunded or extended.

4. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, government restrictions, pandemics, airline cancellations, or acts beyond reasonable control), Tripzy will refund the advance deposit.

  • The refund will exclude all costs already incurred or committed in advance, including but not limited to airline tickets, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, permits, or third-party services.

  • Any non-recoverable expenses paid to suppliers will be deducted prior to processing the refund. Tripzy will share evidence of any such payments with the partner to keep the things transparent. 

5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liabilities.

6. Booking Acceptance

By booking a tour with Tripzy, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
